Job summary

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential situations with tact. Travel may be required in support of regional HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 5-7 years of experience working in Human Resources.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of products.
• LMS and training experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to determine staffing/retention needs and analyze staffing and retention strategy.
• Support development and drives Talent Management agenda for assigned business units.
• Coach managers and employees on development and reward issues.
• Assist in facilitating performance management tools and processes including goal setting, coaching feedback, and employee development.
• Identify training and development needs for business units and individual employees.
• Assists in managing employee relations by investigating and resolving employee issues and concerns.
• Works with leaders in restructures to ensure fair and consistent decision making.
• Serves as a subject matter expert on the local labor market and regulatory environment.
