Job summary

FUJIFILM Cellular Dynamics is seeking a site HR leader in Madison, WI, to provide hands-on HR support and partner with business leaders to achieve organizational goals. You will translate business needs into effective HR solutions, oversee core HR and capability programs, and guide the HR team to deliver exceptional employee experiences.

The role requires 10+ years in HR, including HRBP experience, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of onboarding, talent management, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 10+ years of experience working in Human Resources, including HRBP experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Understanding HR processes (onboarding, training, talent management, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of products.
• Learning Management System (LMS) and training experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact and professionalism.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR programs and partner with business leaders to deliver people and capability programs.
• Coach managers and employees on development and employee relations.
• Oversee talent acquisition and internship programs; ensure job descriptions are updated.
