Job summary

FUJIFILM Sonosite in Bothell, WA seeks an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor, aligning people strategies with business goals across the full employee lifecycle. You will provide guidance on performance, learning, and change initiatives while ensuring legal compliance and a positive employee experience.

The role balances strategic partnership with hands-on execution, partnering with leaders to drive culture, capability, and sustainable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of products.
• Learning Management System (LMS) and training experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to strengthen organizational capabilities including org assessment, structure, workforce planning and change management.
• Supports the development and drives the Talent Management agenda for assigned business units.
• Lead staffing/retention discussions and participate in interviews.
• Oversee talent and performance management, learning, and workforce planning within a geography.
• Coach managers on development, employee relations and rewards issues.
• Facilitate performance management tools including goal setting and coaching feedback.
• Identify training and development needs for business units and individuals.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
• Support restructures with fair decision making and legal reviews.
• Serve as SME on local labor market and regulatory environment.
