Job summary

FUJIFILM Sonosite is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with goals and driving performance across the full employee lifecycle in the Bothell area.

The role balances strategic partnership with hands-on execution, supporting change initiatives, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and policies. A Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years HR experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 5–7 years of Human Resources experience.
• SHRM-CP/PHR/SHRM-SCP/SPHR preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Learning Management System (LMS) experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to strengthen organizational capabilities through organizational assessment, structure, workforce planning and change management.
• Supports the development and drives the Talent Management agenda for assigned business units.
• Partner with managers to determine staffing/retention needs and participate in the interview process.
• Responsible for talent and performance management, learning, and workforce planning within a business line or geography.
• Coaches managers and employees on development, employee relations and reward issues.
• Assist in facilitating performance management tools and processes including goal setting, coaching feedback, and employee development.
• Identify training and development needs for business units and individual employees.
• Assists in managing employee relations by investigating and resolving employee issues and concerns.
• Works with leaders in restructures to ensure fair and consistent decision making, prepares legal review documentation and participates in termination meetings.
• Serves as a subject matter expert on the local labor market and regulatory environment.
