Job summary

Continental Tire the Americas, LLC is seeking a Human Relations Business Partner for the night shift (4:00 PM – 12:30 AM) with day shift flexibility. The HRBP will align HR initiatives with business goals, focusing on talent management, employee relations, organizational development, performance management, compensation, and analytics.

The role involves partnering with leaders to forecast staffing, develop workforce plans, and drive change initiatives while maintaining an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 5+ years of HR experience demonstrating progressive growth in responsibility, scope, and business partnership.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and employment practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using HR data and analytics to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for employees and leaders on the night shift, with occasional day shift coverage.
• Partner with leaders to forecast staffing needs and build workforce plans.
• Support succession planning, employee development, and leadership growth initiatives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters and foster an inclusive culture.
