DWYER INSTRUMENTS, LLC is seeking an experienced HR leader to guide strategic HR initiatives across multiple site locations in Indiana. The role focuses on workforce planning, recruitment, and developing programs that enhance leadership and engagement.

You will partner with site leadership to design and implement HR strategies, oversee compliance, and drive continuous improvement in HR processes while supporting business objectives and culture across manufacturing environments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels.

• Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives.

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Implement training and development programs that enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
• Drive performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for key roles, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding support.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and improve recruitment processes.
• Utilize workforce analytics and talent data to provide insights on hiring, retention risks, and strategies.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through networking, employer branding, and partnerships.
• Maintain accurate employee records and prepare reports related to HR metrics and compliance.
• Lead or participate in HR projects aimed at improving engagement, effectiveness, and processes.
