  • Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, investigations, performance management, corrective action, and workplace concerns.
  • Ensure HR practices are consistent, fair, legally compliant, and aligned with DwyerOmega policies and values.
  • Support compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Collaboratively partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning, critical hiring, and employer branding.
  • Strengthen onboarding, leadership development, career growth, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Help establish clear career paths and development opportunities for technical, manufacturing, and professional employees.
  • Coach leaders to improve communication, accountability, feedback, and employee development.
HR Team Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small HR team supporting multiple locations.
  • Build scalable HR capabilities and recommend future team structure as business needs evolve.
  • Remain hands-on when needed, particularly during periods of change, organizational growth, complex employee relations activity, or resource constraints.
Requirements

  • 10 or more years of progressive HR experience, including experience leading HR for multiple sites or business units.
  • Experience in a technical manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or other operational environment.
  • Demonstrated experience advising senior leaders and influencing business decisions.

  • Strong background in employee relations, organizational development, talent management, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HR information systems and people analytics.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly between assigned locations (up to 50%).
