The position requires seven or more years in HR with leadership experience, a track record of partnering with site leadership, and expertise in HR analytics and compensation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive Human Resources experience including employee relations, talent management, organizational development, compensation, performance management and workforce planning.
• Minimum of three (3) years of HR leadership experience in industrial or chemical manufacturing, refining, energy or similar environments.
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders to drive people strategies that improve performance and growth.
• Experience using HR analytics and workforce data to support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HSE and plant leadership to support safety culture and policy alignment.
• Develop and execute workforce strategies to meet operational and financial objectives.
• Provide strategic coaching on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary actions.
• Drive talent management processes including succession planning and leadership development.
• Serve as liaison between site and Corporate Centers of Excellence to deliver HR initiatives.
