Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager to serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and employees, aligning HR strategy with regional direction and business goals.

The role focuses on talent management, acquisition, organization development, and HR KPI oversight for the scope population; you will drive engagement and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws and regulations.
• Experience in employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
• Experience supporting fast-paced, operational environments.
• Comfort working with HR data, metrics, and workforce reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
• Launch talent management processes (annual performance review, objective setting, people review, training & development plans) and deploy tools.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
• Collaborate with management to design succession plans for key talents and jobs.
• Identify training needs and executive coaching needs.
• Lead Training Plan, Success Planning, and Individual Development Plans with management.
