Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Torrance, CA is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager to serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and employees. You will develop and implement HR strategies aligned with regional direction, enhance engagement, and drive continuous improvement across talent management, acquisition, and organizational development.

You will collaborate with management to shape workforce planning, provide coaching to line managers, and monitor HR metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in HR with at least 3 years in a strategic HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Talent management: oversee acquisition, onboarding, performance, and succession.
• Design succession plans for key roles and develop training tools.
• Provide day-to-day performance guidance to managers; coaching and development.
• Lead organization design, workforce planning, and job architecture guidance.
• Update HR metrics and KPIs; analyze data for decision support.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies; partner with legal.
