Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager to provide strategic HR guidance and support to business leaders and employees in East Liberty, OH. In this role, you will oversee talent management processes and ensure the organization attracts and develops top talent.

You will also enhance employee engagement through organizational improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Experience supporting fast-paced operational environments.
