Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner in Houston, TX. The Senior HR Manager will own people strategy and HR outcomes for a assigned corporate function, partnering with leadership to ensure workforce planning and governance enable performance and growth.

You will act as a strategic advisor on workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational design, with accountability for complex employee relations, HR risk, and data-driven insights across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in complex, multi-site environments.
• Strong expertise in workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy.
• Experience managing complex employee relations and HR risk.
• Ability to translate business priorities into scalable people strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key advisor to business leaders on HR strategy, policy interpretation, workforce development, and employment law.
• Partner with Regional HR to align with CEVA’s global HR framework and priorities.
• Drive performance by linking people strategies to KPIs and outcomes.
