Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer-centric environments.
  • Strong knowledge of talent strategy, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders across The Landmark.
  • Coach leaders on performance management, development, and change management.
  • Partner with Employee Relations on escalated matters and policy interpretation.
  • Drive an inclusive culture with a focus on employee experience, engagement, and recognition.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support hiring strategies and employer branding.
