Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Manager, Human Resources Business Partner - Southwest to align people strategies with business success across the Southwest retail footprint. You will lead HR initiatives, coach senior leaders, and drive talent planning using analytics.

In this role you will partner with central and local teams, champion our values, and ensure effective execution of HR programs while managing multiple priorities in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

BA/BS or relevant work experience required.
7–10 years HR experience, including HR Generalist.
Knowledge of Retail or luxury goods preferred.
Strong leadership, consultative, coaching, communication and influence skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS.
Organized, detail oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Provide HR oversight to develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with business strategy.
Resolve complex employee relations and benefits issues with internal/external resources.
Balance internal succession planning with external recruiting to strengthen talent pool.
Coordinate with North America and Global HR for development and rollout of initiatives.
Project manage HR initiatives and ensure clear communication across regions.
