Job summary
GLG is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner based in New York to drive talent strategy for Engineering, Product & Technology groups. This role blends strategic influence with hands-on delivery, shaping organizational design, succession, performance and employee relations across a transforming business.
You will partner with leaders, COEs and finance/legal to implement innovative people initiatives, using data to drive decisions and foster a high-impact culture.
Qualifications
- Eight+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience with strong business acumen.
- Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative matrixed organization.
- Strategic, influential and hands-on with senior leaders.
- Adaptable, agile and capable of navigating ambiguity.
- Strong internal stakeholder management across HR and business partners.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to design and drive targeted talent solutions.
- Consult, coach and challenge leaders to address people issues effectively.
- Develop and implement talent strategy across organizational development and retention.
- Plan organizational design and workforce needs aligned to business goals.
- Collaborate with HR COEs on talent development, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Lead compensation discussions, performance reviews and talent reviews.
