Prime Healthcare Olympia Fields Hospital is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support day-to-day HR operations and serve as a strategic partner to hospital leadership.

Responsibilities include onboarding, employee and leader development, and handling labor relations, compliance with state and federal guidelines, and union relations where applicable. The role focuses on fostering a positive workplace culture and guidance on employee disputes and investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or closely related field required.
• PHR, SPHR or relevant HR certifications or advanced degree preferred.
• 5 years’ experience in Human Resources with focus on employee/labor relations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and collective bargaining processes.
• Proven experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under multiple deadlines with attention to detail.
• Computer knowledge includes Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Assist HR Director/Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Provide HR support to all levels in the organization.
• Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with hospital goals.
• Assist with disputes, investigations/grievances and appropriate resolutions or disciplinary actions.
• Manage relationships in unionized facilities and ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements.
