Job summary

Tier1usa is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in Dallas, Texas. The HRBP serves as a strategic partner to Operations leadership, ensuring an efficient and employee-focused workforce while maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities include overseeing HR processes, coaching staff, and ensuring consistent administration across operations. Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in HR.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience with emphasis on employee relations, compliance, and workforce operations.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with CBA contracts, knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, FTA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate HR Administrators, ensuring execution of HR processes.
• Coach and support HR staff and operational leaders.
• Advise and coach on employee relations and performance management.
