Premier Truck Rental is seeking a Human Resources Manager for the DFW area to align HR strategy with operations and growth. You will partner with leaders across Operations, Sales, Logistics and Fleet to drive workforce planning, performance, and culture in a fast-paced trucking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Business Admin or related field.
• 7+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in senior leadership or strategic HRBP role.
• Proven ability to partner with leaders at all levels and influence decisions.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations (FMLA, ADA, COBRA, Title VII).
• Experience with HRIS, benefits, payroll systems and analytics.
• Proven ability to handle complex employee relations and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR business partner to DFW leaders on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
• Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and leadership best practices.
• Lead strategic HR planning for DFW including staffing, organizational design, succession planning.
• Build HR credibility across all levels with proactive engaged counsel.
• Lead recruitment for key DFW positions and oversee onboarding and engagement.
• Ensure compliance and conduct audits of HR files and documentation.
