Dallas HR is looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join their corporate team in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR and at least 5 years of experience in a large organization. Responsibilities include providing HR guidance, promoting a positive workplace culture, and managing employee relations matters. This full-time position requires in-office work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, along with competitive benefits including medical and dental insurance, and apartment rental discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years HR experience in a 300+ employee environment.
• At least 3 years managing employee relations matters.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months).

• Provide proactive HR guidance to managers and employees.
