Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, organizational development, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, incl. HRBP supporting professional/technical groups.
• Experience supporting technology, engineering, or corporate functions.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate priorities into people strategies.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions.
• Proven expertise in employee relations, performance management, and change.
• Experience using workforce analytics to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with goals.
• Advise leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and engagement.
• Coach leaders on leadership effectiveness, team performance, and development.
• Assess current/future workforce needs and close skill gaps.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract top technical and professional talent.
• Support succession planning and leadership development for key roles.
• Lead organizational design and restructuring to match priorities.
• Facilitate change management during transformations and growth.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance, and policy interpretation.
• Leverage HR analytics to identify trends and inform decisions.
