Qualifications

• Experience advising senior leaders on talent strategy and organizational design.
• Strong collaboration with Centers of Excellence and HR Ops teams.
• Ability to translate business priorities into HR programs across global regions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR advisor to senior leaders, aligning talent with business priorities.
• Build trusted relationships to address organizational challenges and enable growth.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
• Support tech-driven organizations with AI, GPU infrastructure, cloud computing talent challenges.
• Translate priorities into HR strategies with Total Rewards, L&D, HR Ops, and Employee Relations.
• Lead change initiatives with coaching, change management, and communication strategies.
• Guide leaders on employee relations, performance, engagement, and career development.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness through talent reviews and capability planning.
• Collaborate across regional and global HR teams to share best practices.
