Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, HR management, or a related field.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders in a high-growth, complex business setting with demonstrated impact at senior levels.
- 10+ years of HR experience with demonstrated impact at senior levels.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders (VPs and Directors) to develop and execute organizational and people strategies.
- Provide executive coaching to individual leaders and leadership teams to improve management capabilities.
- Lead executive talent reviews and succession planning to ensure leadership bench strength.
- Design and implement organizational structures that enable customer-centric agility and scalable growth.
- Drive talent planning, compensation consultation, and workforce planning aligned with business priorities.
