Amazon is seeking a Sr Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to shape the future of our Amazon Pharmacy workforce in Phoenix, AZ. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders—coaching, challenging, and partnering to build high-performing, customer-obsessed organizations.

You will diagnose complex people and organizational challenges, design integrated solutions, and drive execution that accelerates business outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Knowledge of local labor law.
Experience as a human resource generalist.
Experience with specific knowledge of human resource theory, functions and practice, performance appraisal systems and staff development.
Experience supporting hourly employee client group.
Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems.
