Job summary

Chewy is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (CCVC) to support our veterinary care operations and multi-site teams. This HRBP will drive engagement, leadership development, performance management, and workforce planning for Chewy Connected Virtual Care and Modern Animal as we build an omnichannel experience.

The role reports to the AD, Regional HRBP and requires collaborating with TA, operations, and leadership to ensure effective people strategies, policies, and programs.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal / written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• 5+ years of progressive HRBP experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary strategic HR support to Chewy Connected Virtual Care and Modern Animal teams.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Partner with leadership on talent planning, succession, and employee relations.
