Chewy Vet Care is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to join our Healthcare Practice Team in a patient- and team-centric environment. You will lead operational performance, mentor staff, and partner with leadership to advance practice excellence in a state-of-the-art facility.

Ideal candidates have CVPM certification, 3+ years as a Practice Manager, and experience mentoring others, with strong client empathy and conflict-resolution skills.

Qualifications

• CVPM certification preferred.
• 3+ years as Practice Manager in practice.
• 2 years supervising experience with veterinary radiation machines preferred.
• Experience mentoring and leading others.
• Strong client empathy and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support paraprofessional staff by implementing policies with integrated technology.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership for team development.
• Oversee staff performance and scheduling.
• Mentor team members and conduct staff reviews.
• Lead inventory cycle counts and fulfill inventory requests.
• Engage with clients to ensure exceptional care and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain equipment and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Ensure SOPs and SOCs are followed and metrics reviewed.
• Provide PIMS admin support to teammates.
• Oversee pharmacy holdings.
• Participate in compliance training.
• Travel may be required.
