Job summary

Chewy is seeking an experienced HRBP and Program Management leader for our Manager, Engagement Programs Management III role supporting the Customer Care team. This hybrid position requires three onsite days per week at one of the hubs in Plantation, FL; Richardson, TX; Bellevue, WA; or Boston, MA.

You will lead engagement and culture programs, partner with HR and enterprise functions, build scalable solutions, and drive measurable impact across a virtual frontline population.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years HR experience with HRBP and cross-functional program leadership
• Experience partnering with senior leaders using talent insights to drive decisions
• Experience owning HR programs from strategy to measurement and continuous improvement
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong program management, strategy, execution, and change management skills
• Experience managing budgets and aligning resources to business priorities
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional alignment
• Strong analytical skills translating data into insights
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences
• Experience with program management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, SharePoint

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of engagement programs and drive measurable impact
• Translate engagement strategy into scalable programs and communications
• Apply HRBP lens to connect business priorities with engagement roadmap
• Consult with leaders on organizational and talent challenges for scalable programs
• Identify opportunities to simplify and optimize programs
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of managers, analysts, and admins
• Define success metrics and drive accountability for outcomes
• Influence senior leaders with data, insights, and business context
• Oversee end-to-end program design, planning, change management, and governance
• Lead large-scale engagement initiatives and Moments that Matter experiences
• Evaluate tools and vendors to support engagement and delivery
• Define and track program performance and outcomes
• Leverage insights and trends to inform strategy and design
• Own program budgets and ongoing management
• Ensure operational rigor across documentation and workflows
