Chewy Vet Care, PLLC is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to lead our Healthcare Practice Team. You will support paraprofessional staff, collaborate with regional and corporate leadership, and oversee operational performance, scheduling, and compliance to deliver patient and pet parent-centered care.

This role requires CVPM certification preferred, 3+ years as a Practice Manager, and strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Practice Manager in veterinary care.
• CVPM certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support paraprofessional staff and implement policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership for team development.
• Oversee staff management, schedules, and operational performance.
• Mentor team members and conduct staff reviews.
• Lead inventory cycle counts and fulfill inventory requests.
• Engage with clients to ensure excellent care and handle conflicts.
• Maintain equipment, ensure OSHA guidelines and SOC compliance.
• Guide teams on SOPs, SOCs, and practice metrics for performance.
• Be a super-user of the practice management system (PIMS).
• Manage pharmacy holdings and participate in required compliance training.
