Job summary

Apogee Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic and tactical HR support in a manufacturing setting.

The HRBP will align people strategies with business priorities, guide employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and compensation programs, and partner with leaders to drive organizational change. The role requires strong collaboration with operations, payroll and timekeeping teams, and experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• Five years of progressive HR generalist or business partner experience.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive HR support to leaders and employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Partner with operations to develop workforce plans and labor-management practices.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, performance management, payroll, and timekeeping.
• Lead HR initiatives and coordinate enterprise HR projects.
• Maintain HR data accuracy and reporting using Workday.
