Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Experience supporting employees and leaders within the United States.
• Experience in technology, SaaS, AI, or high-growth organizations preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations and performance matters.
• Strong coaching and influencing skills with the ability to partner with senior leaders.
• Experience with performance management, talent reviews, organizational design, employee engagement, and change management.
• Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive employee matters.

Responsibilities

• Partner with US business leaders to understand priorities, team dynamics, and talent needs.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and people-related decisions.
• Coach managers and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
• Use data and insights to identify opportunities and recommendations.
• Ensure consistency while adopting programs to US requirements with global People teams.
• Manage employee relations matters, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Drive performance management, talent reviews, and development planning.
• Support engagement, culture initiatives, and change management.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and compliance with relevant regulations.
