As an HRBP, you’ll partner with business leaders to translate priorities into people strategies across employee relations, performance management, engagement, and core HR programs, in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Experience supporting employees and leaders within the United States.
• Strong knowledge of US employment practices and federal/state regulations.
• Experience in technology, SaaS, AI, or high-growth organizations preferred.
• Demonstrated coaching and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Experience with performance management, talent reviews, organizational design, and change management.
• Data-driven mindset with HR metrics and insights.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR partnership with US leaders to understand priorities and talent needs.
• Provide guidance on org design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness.
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers and senior leaders.
• Use data trends to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with global People teams to ensure US compliance and consistency.
• Onboard and offboard, manage benefits, leave, and employee lifecycle processes.
