You will help translate business strategy into practical people solutions, build foundational HR programs, and drive performance management rollout across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with strong HRBP background.
• Experience designing organization structures, roles, and leveling.
• Proven ability to plan and manage workforce needs in growth environments.
• Experience building or standing up formal performance management processes.
• Experience advising on employee relations and workforce risk management.
• Experience guiding change initiatives, restructurings, and integration activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR partner to brand leaders and leadership teams.
• Partner with leaders to translate business strategy into practical people solutions.
• Coach leaders on organizational effectiveness, talent decisions, and workforce planning.
• Lead the design and stand up of foundational HR programs with CHRO and HR team.
• Drive change management plans for reorganizations and leadership transitions.
• Support integration of acquired businesses into the corporate HR framework.
• Monitor risks and drive proactive, systemic HR solutions.
