Brooks Safety Solutions seeks a hands-on People Operations Specialist to manage the full employee lifecycle for ~500 staff. You will ensure accurate HR data, compliant processes, and responsive employee support across shared services.

You will collaborate with payroll, finance, IT, and managers, owning onboarding, offboarding, HRIS maintenance, benefits inquiries, and compliance tasks to keep the workforce engaged and informed.

Formación

• Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years HR operations/generalist/coordinator experience.
• Hands-on with HRIS (Workday/UKG/ADP/Paylocity/BambooHR).
• Knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, I-9, COBRA.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsabilidades

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy for job, pay, and org data.
• Process promotions, transfers, leaves, and terminations.
• Produce headcount, turnover, and standard leadership reports.
• Coordinate payroll reconciliations and data changes with payroll.
