Job summary

LaunchPad Home Group is seeking an HR Business Partner who can be a trusted thought partner to leaders across our home services and home inspection brands. You’ll handle employee relations, performance management, org design, and workforce planning, moving beyond routine policy questions.

The role reports to the CHRO and involves coaching managers, rolling out programs aligned with brand culture, and addressing trends and talent needs across brands. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an HR generalist or HRBP role across multiple brands/locations.
• Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience coaching managers and handling employee-relations issues.
• Ability to build trust with leaders from frontline to executive level.
• Strong judgment and discretion in sensitive situations.
• Comfort in a fast-moving, growing company with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on employee relations and performance management.
• Partner with brand leadership on org structure and workforce planning to scale with the business.
• Coach managers through difficult conversations and performance concerns.
• Roll out company-wide programs in a way that fits each brand’s culture.
• Monitor trends and address pain points across brands, raising issues early.
• Support talent development and retention efforts, identifying growth opportunities.
• Ensure HR practices stay compliant with policy and employment law while maintaining flexibility.
