URBN is seeking an experienced HR Manager for the Fulfillment/Distribution Center in Raymore, Missouri to lead day-to-day HR operations and define URBN’s core people strategies within a fast-paced supply chain environment.

As a member of the leadership team, you will guide onboarding, training and development, payroll compliance, and talent acquisition collaboration across shifts. You must be flexible to support a 24/7 operation including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 5 years of increased responsibility in the Human Resources field.
• 3+ years leading and managing HR teams.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and reporting skills.
• Excellent leadership, team building, communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage the HR team, guiding onboarding and coaching to develop competencies.
• Drive training and development initiatives with Site Director to maintain high engagement.
• Foster employee engagement and nurture company culture with site leadership.
• Define initiatives aligned with business objectives to enhance long-term performance.
• Lead talent management, including onboarding, training & development, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Centralized Planning to create peak headcount plans.
• Ensure payroll records audits and information accuracy validation.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to orchestrate recruiting and onboarding for direct hires and agencies.
• Direct and coordinate facility activities to optimize operations.
• Ensure adherence to HR processes, procedures, and initiatives.
• Provide onsite assistance and address employee inquiries.
