Duke Energy Corporation seeks an HR Business Partner Manager to collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team in shaping and executing the human resources strategy that supports the business plan. The role focuses on talent management, workforce planning, culture, engagement, and compensation within a large matrixed organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Seven or more years of related HR experience is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Consult with leaders to prioritize workforce requirements and develop talent plans.
• Design organization structures to align with business goals and enterprise objectives.
• Align HR processes with enterprise initiatives and manage priorities.
• Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations and investigations as needed.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to deliver actionable input and feedback.
