Envista Holdings Corporation is seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner to advise senior leaders within Corporate Functions and enterprise support teams. The role partners to develop people strategies driving organizational effectiveness, talent outcomes, engagement, leadership capability, and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with strong HR business partnering background.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and corporate functions.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align HR with business objectives.
• Proven success in organizational design, talent mgmt, and change leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; excellent consulting and stakeholder skills.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Reside within commutable distance to Brea, Irvine, CA; onsite 4 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies.
• Provide strategic counsel on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession.
• Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives for growth and performance.
• Advise on leadership team effectiveness and culture transformation.
• Lead talent reviews and build leadership pipelines across functions.
• Coach leaders on performance, development, and career planning.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deploy enterprise programs.
