  • Strategic HR Leadership & Workforce Planning: align HR strategies with operational priorities and advise senior leaders.
  • Employee Relations & Organizational Effectiveness: provide consultation on performance, investigations, and policy interpretation.
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management: oversee recruitment, staffing, and workforce data integrity.
  • HR Operations, Compliance & Systems Oversight: ensure accurate administration of HR ops and reporting.
  • Data, Reporting & Decision Support: develop workforce metrics and insights.
