Job summary

Quanta Services, Houston, seeks a seasoned HR Business Partner to align people strategy with project delivery in an EPC environment. You will partner with site leaders to staff projects, retain critical talent, and keep the workforce safe, compliant, and productive across office and field environments.

Responsibilities include employee relations, compensation planning, performance reviews, and HR data analytics. Travel up to 20% may be required to support nationwide project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; 4+ years HR generalist or HRBP experience preferred.
• Experience in EPC/construction/energy/project-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state employment law and HR best practices.
• Ability to translate business goals into workforce plans and staffing strategies.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and data analytics for decision support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR advisor to operations leaders, aligning people strategy with project delivery.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on forecasting and staffing for project awards and scheduling changes.
• Advise managers on coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution; lead investigations.
• Support compensation cycles and performance reviews; advise on total rewards and incentive programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and client requirements across multiple sites and jurisdictions.
• Drive retention, leadership development, onboarding, and cultural initiatives across dispersed teams.
• Travel up to 20% to support project sites, regional offices, and industry events.
