Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking an HR Business Partner to align people strategy with project delivery in a fast-paced EPC environment. You will staff projects, retain critical talent, and ensure safe, compliant, and productive operations across office and field sites.

You'll drive organizational design, succession planning, and talent reviews while partnering with leadership on workforce planning and performance management. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of progressive HR generalist or HR business partner experience.
• Experience in EPC/construction, energy, utilities or project-driven environments preferred.
• Proven experience handling complex employee relations matters and investigations.
• Strong knowledge of federal/multi-state employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsabilités

• Serves as primary HR advisor to operations leaders, aligning people strategy with project delivery.
• Staff projects, manage talent, and support retention across office and field sites.
• Advise on organizational design, project mobilization, demobilization, and succession planning.
• Lead fair investigations and manage employee relations with senior leaders.
• Drive engagement, leadership development, onboarding, and compliance with safety and policies.
