Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking an HR Business Partner to align people strategy with project delivery. You will staff projects, manage employee relations, and ensure safety and compliance across offices and field sites.

The role requires proactive partnering with leaders, strong data-driven decision making, and experience in a fast-paced project-driven environment. Travel up to 20% across the U.S. is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or related field; equivalent combination acceptable.
• 4+ years of progressive HR generalist or HRBP experience required.
• Prior EPC/construction/energy/project-driven background preferred.
• Experience handling complex employee relations, investigations, and terminations.
• Experience supporting multi-site or project-mobilized workforce.

Mansioni

• Serve as primary HR advisor to operations leaders, translating goals into workforce plans.
• Partner on organizational design, project mobilization/demobilization, and succession planning.
• Use workforce data to identify risks and propose actions.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on forecasting and staffing for project changes.
