Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Engineering HR Organization. The role is full-time, on-site at El Segundo, CA, with potential openings in Palmdale or San Diego.

The HRBP will partner with engineering leaders to develop HR strategies, manage talent, performance, and employee relations, and lead multiple HR projects. Travel up to 15% and a strong ethics culture are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Human Resources experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance and Special Program Access
• Must be willing and able to travel up to 15% of the time

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Engineering leaders to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs
• Project Management: Lead, plan, and execute multiple concurrent HR projects from inception to completion
• Talent & Performance Management: Drive talent identification, performance management, and career development initiatives
• Employee Relations & Culture: Act as a trusted advisor to build a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment
• Collaboration: Work with HR peers, leaders, and COEs to deliver seamless HR solutions across the organization
• Communication: Engage with a geographically dispersed leadership team with cross-cultural awareness
