Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years HR experience OR Master’s degree and 0+ years HR experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance and Special Program Access.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with engineering leaders to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs (e.g., succession planning, workforce development, compensation, and EEO).
• Project Management: Lead, plan, and execute multiple concurrent HR projects from inception to completion.
• Talent & Performance Management: Drive talent identification, performance management, and career development initiatives.
• Employee Relations & Culture: Act as a trusted advisor to build a supportive, inclusive, high-performing work environment.
• Collaboration: Work with HR peers, leaders, and COEs to deliver seamless HR solutions across the organization.
