Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join the AS Functions HR team in Palmdale, CA. The role supports Global Supply Chain and partners with leaders to implement HR strategies, programs, and policies across client groups.

The position requires collaboration, leadership, and project management skills to drive talent development, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Human Resources experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S Government Secret clearance and Special Program Access.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Global Supply Chain leaders to develop HR strategies, policies, and programs.
• Project Management: Lead and execute multiple HR projects from inception to completion.
• Talent & Performance Management: Drive talent identification and performance management initiatives.
• Employee Relations & Culture: Act as a trusted advisor to build a supportive and high-performing environment.
• Collaboration: Work with HR peers and COEs to deliver HR solutions across the organization.
• Communication: Engage with leadership across dispersed locations with cross-cultural awareness.
