Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support the Engineering HR Organization. This on-site role will be based at one of several key California sites, including San Diego, El Segundo, and Palmdale.

You will partner with engineering leaders to deploy HR strategies, manage projects, and drive talent and performance initiatives across multiple client groups. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of HR experience, strong

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years HR experience.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance and DoD program access.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering leaders to develop HR strategies and programs.
• Lead multiple concurrent HR projects from inception to completion.
• Drive talent identification, performance management, and career development.
• Advise on employee relations, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with COE teams to deliver HR solutions across the org.
