United Ground Express, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support multiple workgroups around EWR Liberty International Airport in Newark, NJ.

The role focuses on onboarding, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations across designated regions. You will lead HRBP development, manage performance reviews, investigations, and labor relations tasks while partnering with leaders on recognition, recruitment, and change initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of HR experience with emphasis on business partnerships
• Knowledge of FMLA, EEO laws and related regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple workgroups

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Associate HRBP
• Managing onboarding and new hire process
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations in designated region
• Coordinate employee relations activities including performance management and recognition programs
• Conduct investigations and consultations with all employee work groups
• Partner with business leaders on employee recognition, recruitment, promotion, retention and development
