Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a Regional People Partner, Employee Relations Lead based at our New York headquarters. You will support Airport Operations, coaching station leaders and managing investigations with a fair, uniform approach.

You’ll partner with Legal and People teams to drive consistent employment practices across the region. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HR or People Business Partner roles, with experience supporting frontline teams, strong data interpretation skills, and the ability to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR or People Business Partner experience
• experience supporting hourly/frontline teams
• handling complex employee relations matters

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to People Partner for Operations leaders in your region
• Coach and sharpen station leaders and managers through training and feedback
• Own employee and labor relations across stations: investigations, root cause analysis, fair outcomes with Legal involvement
• Turn data and survey results into actionable recommendations for leaders
• Partner with People and Operations on onboarding and process fixes to align practices
• Lead workplace investigations with employee complaints, misconduct, or policy violations
• Advise leaders on corrective action and consistent employment practices
• Identify trends and develop proactive solutions to improve engagement and accountability
• Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure compliance with policy and law
• Travel up to 30% as this is an in-operation role based out of NY HQ
