Job summary

NuvemRx seeks a Director, Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic HR partner for the pharmacy field organization and to work with leaders to develop and execute people strategies that drive performance and culture.

The role leads HR Operations, partners with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to implement HR programs, and uses data to improve the employee experience across a remote and fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience with HRBP focus across multi-site operations.
• Experience coaching leaders through employee relations, performance, investigations.
• Strong business acumen and strategic people planning.
• Knowledge of employment laws across states.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR advisor to Operations leaders across a geographically dispersed pharmacy organization.
• Lead HR Operations and partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to execute HR strategies and initiatives.
• Oversee performance management, benefits, HR systems, lifecycle processes, and major annual HR cycles.
• Evaluate HR programs and processes to simplify, automate, and improve the experience for employees and managers.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and business leadership to support organizational needs.
• Use HR data and feedback to identify opportunities and inform improvements.
• Build capability within the HR Operations team to support a growing, dispersed workforce.
