Job summary

NuvemRx is seeking a Director, Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic HR partner for the pharmacy field organization. You will collaborate with leaders to develop people strategies that drive performance, leadership capability, and a high-performing culture.

You will also lead HR Operations and partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to ensure effective execution of HR programs across the company.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP for multi-site operations with hourly frontline workforce.
• Coaches leaders through complex employee relations, performance mgmt, investigations, change, and decisions.
• Leads HR teams and provides strategic oversight of company-wide people programs and ops.
• Strong business acumen; translates operational priorities into people strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; builds credibility across levels.
• Knowledge of employment laws across a dispersed multi-state workforce.
• Able to balance priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Willingness to travel up to ~25% for site visits and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR advisor to Operations leaders across a geographically dispersed pharmacy org.
• Coach leaders through complex employee matters and investigations; manage performance and leaves.
• Lead workplace investigations and coordinate with Legal on employment matters.
• Drive end-to-end employee experience; strengthen employer brand and hiring needs across Pharmacy Ops.
• Develop and lead the HR Operations team; translate priorities into scalable programs.
• Use HR data and feedback to measure effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, Legal and business leaders to support organizational needs.
