Job summary

True Rx Health Strategists is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive growth in the PBM space. This role targets brokers, TPAs, captives, and employer groups with a strategic, consultative sales approach.

The position is 100% remote with in-office time for meetings and trainings as needed, offering opportunities to lead sales strategy, identify targets, network, and report to management in a fast-paced, pharmacist-led company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or four to ten years of related experience and/or training.
• 3+ years of outside B2B or medical sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• Proficient use of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Target Identification: Research and identify potential sales targets within your assigned territory.
• Networking: Consistently network and outreach to accounts, establishing strong connections.
• Consultative Sales: Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and overcome potential barriers.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with management to formulate short and long-term sales action plans.
• Reporting: Maintain necessary sales reports and logs, keeping management informed and engaged.
• Industry Engagement: Attend educational meetings, seminars, and networking events to stay abreast of industry trends.
• Travel: Embrace occasional evening and weekend travel for events, demonstrating commitment to our goals.
