Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is hiring a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to execute the TA strategy across our Market Units. You will drive recruiting, build relationships with MU Leaders, and ensure staffing needs are met with a data-driven approach.

You will lead sourcing plans, collaborate with Hiring Managers, and coach stakeholders on staffing processes to improve hiring outcomes. This hybrid role supports multiple production sites with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4 years) or 3–5 years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Experience in full lifecycle recruiting and talent attraction.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition strategy for assigned Market Unit and drive full lifecycle recruiting.
• Manage client relationships with market unit leaders to influence hiring decisions.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to define accountabilities and success factors.
• Develop sourcing plans to create pipelines and reduce time-to-fill.
• Track activity in the applicant tracking system and ensure regulatory compliance.
